Advisory Comment: Right of Way Permit required for all work in Municipal Rights of Way, Public Use, generic Utility, and some BLM Easements. Types of work include, but are not limited to water and sewer service connections, new driveways, drainage improvements and landscaping improvements. Only contractors with a current Right of Way Bond on file in the Right of Way Office may obtain a Right of Way Permit.

This road was just constructed and there is no reasonable justification for tearing it up without verifying with PME the B Street Street and Storm record drawings as to storm stub outs to the west lots. The stub out requirement was in the ROW plan review comments for the PME project and they should have been provided. (7-18-2011, lmm)
