2.  Provide a plot plan by a registered State of Alaska land surveyor.  Site plan in rolled plans is by an engineer. ///  Plot plan with State of Alaska land surveyor stamp in file.  8/4/11.  dw.

5.  Landscaping at the West lot line does not meet the minimum requirements for the buffer landscaping.  Buffer landscaping is required in the entire buffer landscape easement.  The plan does not show any trees/shrubs at the North and South ends of the easement.  Also, the required perimeter visual enhancement landscaping does not show any shrubs, and trees are required to be planted at average intervals no greater than 20 feet on center.  Trees are shown 25 - 30 feet on center.  Please see AMC 21.45.125.C.1. for visual enhancement requirements.  Pay landscape review fee.
