Comments for 9/15/11 submittal:

1.) The proposed haul route shall be: Import - material shall be hauled from Quality Asphalt Paving's pit at "C" Street and Raspberry. The material will be haulsed south on "C" Street to Dimond Boulevard, east on Dimond Boulevard to Abbott Road, east on Abbott Road to East Dimond Boulevard, east on East Dimond Boulevard to Hartzell Street and th project site. Export - material shall be hauled to the Lucy Pit off Sand Lake Road. The material will be hauled north on Hartzell Street to East Dimond Boulevard, west on East Dimond Boulevard to Abbott Road, west on Abbot Road/Dimond Boulevard to Sand Lake ROad, north on Sand Lake Road to Kincaid Road, west on Kincaid Road to Lucy Pit.

2.) Approved for footing and foundation work as petitioner will proceed at risk pending changes to site plan. 8/4/11 ~DF~
