Comments for 6/22/11 submittal:
1.) The four (4) ADA accessible stalls are shown along the west elevation of the building. Per AMC 21.45.080.X.8, accessible car spaces serving a particular building shall be located on the shortest accessible route of travel from adjacent parking to an accesible entrance. The shortest accessible route of travel to the primary entrance of the building appears to be along the south elevation, please revise accordingly.
2.) Please specify accessible Type 1A curb and gutter at the depressed ADA ramp segment adjacent to ADA parking stalls and accessible aisles west of the new building at the snow melt sidewalk.
3.) Provide a (typical) offset dimension from the edge of the snow melt sidewalk to the center of the ADA sign posts.
4.) Please delineate the (typical) wheel bumper distance within the stalls located along the west portion of lot facing "C" street.
5.) Please define the graphic symbol "X" shown for the refuse container screening on the plan sheet or legend symbol key.
6.) If applicable, please provide reference notation for any common access agreements between the lots for required parking areas serving Lot 3A, which may be located on Lot 6A.
7.) Please demonstrate that the proposed visual enhancements along "B" Street adjacent to the proposed driveway connections shall not encroach sight distance safety.
8.) Please delineate the proposed temporary snow storage location(s).
9.) Please call out the location(s) of the proposed loading berths, which appear to be located at the proposed heated ramps.
10.) General Note #5 is noted. Please provide the SWPPP submittal for review of the proposed haul route as required.
The proposed haul route shall be: Import/Export: From Quality Pit at Raspberry and "C" Street, north on "C" street, east on 40th Avenue, south on "B" Street to site.
