Advisory Information:

1. The dressing room doors encroach into the required egress path due to the 12 ft long display wall opposite the doors @ column/line C1M-C2m/20-21. This encroachment is not allowed per IBC 1005.2. Swinging the doors in could easily solve the issue.

2. The security grill shall include signage on the egress side per IBC 1008.1.8.3 reading "This door to remain unlocked when building is occupied". Please acknowledge.

3. Door hardware & note on sheet IS1 references a thumbturn on the overhead security grill. Since no cut sheet has been provided for the door please be advised that a double keyed lock is allowed per IBC 1008.1.8.3 and that a thumbturn may be used on the interior if it meets Anchorage Fire Department - Fire Prevention Policy #08. This policy may be found on the muni.org website under fire department/fire prevention - policies.
