1) STATUS: 6-9-11 Plumbing plans require the signature of the engineer of record. 6-23-11 COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED.
2) The following comments based upon the 2006 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.
3) 1/P1.0 The 2" WCO after the last back to back water closets is required to be full size equal to the 4" line that it serves (UPC Table 7-6).
4) 2/P1.1 Air chambers are no longer approved for water hammer. Provide location and sizing for mechanical water pressure absorbing devices (UPC 609.10 plus local amendment).
5) P1.1 Provide the information for sheet notes #1, #2 & #3.
6) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
