1) Please provide all attachment information on the detail provided near the end of the submittal. The MOA inspectors do not have the time to search through calculations to location the attachment requirements. Reference AAC section 23.10.104.8.
2) Please stamp and sign the detail to be used for construction as required by the Alaska State Statutes section 08.48.221.
3) Please verify the loads to attachment of the existing curb to the roof are not increased by more than 10%. While the weights of the new equipment are lower than the original equipment, it is not clear that the wind areas are smaller or equal to (especially with the extension of the curb). If the loads are increased by more than 10% then the existing curb attachment must be verified per IEBC section 302.2.
