2.  There are no comments (other than the lexan plastic in the grill comment to be addressed by a deferred submittal to the drawing plan set) based on the 2006 International Building Code (IBC) and 2006 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) to be resolved before a permit is issued.  The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IEBC, IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.

3.  Drawing A2.1   The Security Grill contains Lexan Plastic panels in it.  Please refer to the requirements in IBC Section 2606.4 for the additional manufacturer's data that we need.  A portion of this data has already provided in the manufacturer's cut sheet that we received by E-mail.  The self-ignition temperature and smoke developed index are still needed.  5/19/11  DEFERRED.  5/19/11
