3) 0191/A2.08a Specify the compliant side for the flush valve on the existing urinal as mentioned in note #J5. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-22-11.

4) 2,3,9 & 15/A401 The height of the horizontal grab bar is a maximum of 36" to the top of the gripping surface (not centerline) per ICC/ANSI A117.1-609.4. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-22-11.

5) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RESOLVED 4-29-11.
