Advisory Information:

1) STATUS: 1-3-11 Comments to be addressed. 4-22-11 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2006 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 4-22-11.

3) M2 The waste piping serving FS-1 at the soda dispenser #47 should also be designated as acid resistant PVC pipe for the same reason the bar area is so designated. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-22-11.

4) M2 The waste piping from the Woks #36 is required to be routed through a grease interceptor (UPC 1014.1). RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-22-11.

5) M3 The indirect condensate waste from the condenser units exceed 15 feet and requires a trap and vent (UPC 803). RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-22-11.

6) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RESOLVED 4-22-11.
