1) STATUS: 1-3-11 Comments to be addressed.

2) The following comments based upon the 2006 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.

3) P-140 DOMESTIC WATER RISER DIAGRAM Please clarify the reference numbers 4, 5 & 6.

4) P-140 DOMESTIC WATER RISER DIAGRAM Provide water hammer sizes and locations in accordance with UPC 609.10 plus local amendment.

5) P-140 SANITARY WASTE AND VENT RISER DIAGRAM Elevator pit drainage piping shall meet the requirements of MOA Policy #L.02 available on the municipal website.

6) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
