Advisory Information:

1.  Provide business/occupancy located on either side of Apple store.

1.2 .  Verify level 1 is grade/street level. 

2.  Page A-010: Sheet notes.  FYI Table 1016.1 not applicable for 250 travel distance in sprinklered bldg.  Section 402.4.4 more specific for Malls requires no greater than 200 feet to exit or mall entrance.  no action required on this comment.

3.  North wall partition req. to be 1 hr rated fire partion.  Wall detail E shows non-rated partition.  Verify this wall is 1 hr rated. IBC 708.3

4.  Page A-811 note E.  Both signs required.  Doors to remain unlocked during business hours and doors unlocked while occupied, also fire extinguisher signs.

5. Page A-811: Door 1, sliding glass doors from mall to Sales-Verify door operation meets 10088.1.3.3 for manual operation in case of loss of power.

6.  Sprinkler system is requried to be independantly controlled from the Mall's system.  Submit seperate fire alarm/fire sprinkler plans for reveiw and permitting. 

7.  Address Architectural's comment 5 and 6 for this review (fire) also.  Hand rails and stair treads.

8.  Verify 2nd level floor assembly is 2 hour rated per table 601. Provide UL listing or other approved assembly.

9. Additional emergency lights and exit signs could be required after on site inspection.

10.  Minimum of 2A10BC extinguishers required.
