Advisory Information:

1. Provide your SWPPP updates for this phase of the project.  Provide a current ESC plan showing the inststallation of BMPs. RESOLVED SME 4-6-11

2. Provide an operations and maintenance manual for the site.  This should include inspection and maintenanc of the parkinglot and the storm drain system.  RESOLVED SME 4-6-11

3.  This site will require monthly SWPPP inspections by the MOA.  The fee for these inspections are $1600.00 per year.  You have paid $600.00 another $1000.00 will be required. 

4. Add the MOA Sweeping detail from our manual to the SWPPP BMP details.  Just e-mail me that this has been accomplised.  Please complete this ASAP.

5. Add a paragraph to the SWPPP related any sediment entering the bio-swale will be removed and the swale will be revegetated if needed.

6. In the O&M manual, page 5, parking lots, add the parking lot will be swept twice per year. Once in the spring and once in the fall.

7.  I need an O&M manual from JL properties acknowledging and outlining how they will maintain the bio-swales, detention pond and adjacent outfall.

8. OK for Shell permit.
