1) STATUS: 2-18-11 Comments to be addressed.

2) The following comments based upon the 2006 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.

3) M1.0 The floor sink within 5 feet of the three compartment sink may be used in lieu of the required floor drain if it is flush mounted. Please clarify. (UPC 704.3)

4) 1/M3.0 The 1/2" gas branch serving WH-1 (85MBH @ 60') and the 3/4" gas branch serving the range oven (K-22) (340MBH @ 58') appear to be undersized per UPC Table 122-8.
