2) The following comments based on the 2006 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.                         RESOLVED 2-8-11.

3) E/A-5 & G/A-5            The horizontal ADA water closet grab bars are required to be 33" up to 36" AFF to the top of the gripping surface.                    RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2-8-11.

4) J/A-5                The term non-combustible plywood was used in the construction of the bathroom ceiling assembly. It is assumed that the term fire retardent treated plywood was intended which is still considered combustible construction. Plywood is not permitted for this application in Type II construction (IBC 603). 5) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.                     RESOLVED 2-8-11.
