1.  Two exits are required from the 2nd floor retail space.  The new door @ J/9 encroaches into the door width of the existing door opposite the elevator.  This is not allowed per IBC 1005.2.

2.  Provide electrical plans showing location of all exit signage and emergency light fixtures.

3.  Provide a door schedule showing details to include hardware, size, rating, signage, etc.

4.  Provide fire extinguishers as required per IFC 906.  Indicate size, type, & locations as either new or existing.

5.  A separate submital, review, & permit is required for alterations and additions to the existing fire alarm system.  This submital may be deferred.
