Advisory Information:

2. Provide an operations and maintenance manual for the site. This should include inspection and maintenanc of the parkinglot and the storm drain system.

3. This site will require monthly SWPPP inspections by the MOA. The fee for these inspections are $1600.00 per year. You have paid $600.00 another $1000.00 will be required.
