Advisory Information:
The following comments based on the 1994 edition of the Uniform MECHANICAL Code should be resolved before a permit is issued. This correction list is not a building permit. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform MECHANICAL Code or any federal, state or local regulations On Sheet M4-1, Mech Room 502A has an one hour occupancy separation which required all ductwork to be fire/smoke damper. THe supply duct that feeds Grille D does not appear to have a fire/smoke damper. Please verify. RESPONSE: One hour wall not required.Architect to revise plans.
