Please submit special inspctor resumes for special inspection of welding. The special inspector should be an AWS certified welding inspector. Please note that special inspection reports must be available on-site, that reports must be submitted after each site visit, and that a final signed report must be submitted by the special inspector in accordance with UBC Section 1701.3. All special inspection reports should be directed to Chuck LaCasse, MOA lead structural inspector. Please also note that all items requiring special inspection must be approved by the special inspector and a special inspection report submitted or available on site before a MOA inspection of the item is called in.
