Advisory Information:

1) Provide haul route information.

 

2) Provide accessible curbs for the sidewalk which connects Business Park Blvd to the building. The curve table shown on sheet C-107 does not include any Type 1A for this accessible route.

 

3) Sheet C-111:

a) Mount fire lane signage facing traffic at 45 degrees per MUTCD section 2B.41.

b) Provide additional fire lane signage for the west side of the fire lane between the two driveway accesses to Business Park.

 

4) Sheet C-112:

a) R7-8A van accessible plate signs shall only be installed at parking adjacent to 8’ access aisles. A total of 4 R7-8A signs are required.

b) No parking signage for 5’ access aisles are optional; they are required at 8’ access aisles.

 

5) Sheet C-541:

a) Signs 9 & 10 should be deleted from the sign table if not used. I could not find either of these signs on sheet C-112 and the table indicates they are not being used.

b) The special hydrant detail sign should be deleted; it is not shown on sheet C-112 and does not appear to be used. This sign shall not be used in MOA ROW.

 

6) Sheet E 1.0: Provide a certified site lighting and glare statement indicating compliance with the requirements of AMC 21.45.080 X4e
