. C(1): STATUS: 12-13-10 Comments to be addressed. C(2): The following comments based on the 2006 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. Theapproval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. C(3): M102 The 2" horizontal vent connecting the new plumbing fixtures to an existing 6" vent above ROOM PPO STORE #C2176 appears to exceed 40 feet in length. The 2" vent is the required size based upon the total fixture loading; however, the maximum length for a 2" vent run is 120 feet of which only 1/3 may be in the horizontal. Upgrading one pipe size will eliminate the restriction. (UPC TABLE 7-5 Note) C(4): M102 Please clarify the flow setting required for the 1" HWC balancing valve.
