The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations. Sheet No. A0.1, Code Analysis, A manual fire alarm system is required in accordance with IBC Section 907.2.2 and Local Amendment 23.15.907.2.2 (which deletes the exception) for a B occupancy with more than 100 occupants above the lowest level of exit discharge. Please provide assurance that the Building Envelope meets or exceeds the Energy Efficiency requirementsof IBC Section 1301.1 and The International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) Chapter 5 and Local Amendments to IECC Chapter 5 requirements. Show compliance with the requirements of Climate Zone 7 in IECC Table 502.2(1) and 502.2(3) as well as the Local Amendment to IECC Table 502.2(1) on unheated slabs. 11/13/10 RESOLVED.
