Special inspection information required. 1/27/2009 - Approved C(2): GENERAL This review is based on the requirements of the International Building Code (IBC), and the International Existing Building Code (IEBC), 2006 Editions, and all adopted references thereto, as amended by the Municipality of Anchorage in Anchorage Municipal Code (AMC) Title 23. The following comments must be addressed before a permit can be issued. Approval of the submitted plans and specifications does not permit the violation of the Building Code, nor any Federal, State, or Municipal regulations. C(3): DEFERRED SUBMITTALS The following items have been noted on Sheet S1.1 to be submitted under deferred status: 1) Outside air hood (OH-1) connection 2) Anchorage of mechanical equipment to housekeeping pad All deferred submittals must be sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Alaska. Submittals must be reviewed for general conformance by the Registered Design Professional prior to submitting to Building Safety for review.
