. C(1): Please add the Required Parking Note from Sheet G.1 and from Comment #2 in the initial Traffic Review Comments. Traffic Approval stamp went on the previous C1 sheet (with no note) because it was understood that no other C1 Sheet would be printed. This note is important for future occupants of these structures. The note on the new C1 sheet should state "Due to limited on-site parking availability, the four (4) inside bays for each building are accessed by the overhead doors, and must be used for required parking. If the building is used as a motor vehicle repair garage, with no more than one repair bay, an off-site location will be required to provide required parking and a parking agreement will ned to be provided." C(2): The required parking for the two buildings on the north end of the lot are designed to provide only a 20' two-way firelane/driveway. Please provide the previously approved 25.43 (or greater) dimension by moving the ADA Van Accessible parking stall to the over-head door end of the parking. Place the 8' wide accessible aisle closest to the over-head door. C(3): Provide an ADA Accessible ramp in the concrete stoop in front of the ADA Accessible entrance. C(4): Traffic review may be incomplete pending other review comments and required submittals.
