The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. C(2): M2.01: Please clarify the size of the HW, CW and V piping in the restaurant area. Resolved 11-28-07 as noted on revised plans. Note that since the new vent serving the sinks exceeds 20 feet horizontal run, a 2 inch vent is required per UPC Table 7-5. C(3): 4/M2.04: This detail shows a 4 inch waste and vent. Aren't the waste and vent risers separate? Please clarify. Resolved 11-28-07 per engineer's response. The existing waste/vent system is a combined sovent system. C(4): 2/M2.04. Note the conflicting pipe sizes on the HW main above the treatment rooms numbers 3 and 4. Please coordinate. Resolved 11-28-07 per revised sketch.
