. C(1): After discussion with Rick Button (contact person) the change order will be revised to show a nonrated wall between the two hangar bays, 7-18-06. See below comments 8-23-06. Approved 10-4-06. C(2): The following comments based on the 2003 IBC must be resolved before the change order will be approved. C(3): Since the east wall is less than 30 feet from the property line, it must be 2 hour rated in accordance with section 412.2.1. The original plansshow a two exterior wall; however the change order now indicates a one hour wall with 45 minute rated windows and doors. Please address. Resolved 10-4-06 per revised plans.
