. C(1): The following comments based on the 2000 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 1-19-05. C(2): This system calls for a Carbon Monoxide ( CO ) detection system to engage the ventilation system at levels of 700 PPM while the level required by IMC 404.1 is only 25 PPM. Please clarify. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 1-19-05. C(3): MAU-1 supplies 13,000 CFM of makeup air while the exhaust system removes 15,000 CFM. IMC 403.1 states that the supply should be approximately equal to the exhaust and IMC 501.4 requires pressure equalization. Please clarify. Also, please clarify how the gas fired heating appliances are going to vent properly as the enclosure is in the negative by 2000 CFM. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 1-19-05.
