. C(1): ADDRESS: Provide a street address for the building. The address shall be plainly visible/legible from the street or road fronting the building. Is the address on Gull Ave? Where is fire truck entry point? C(2): KEY BOX: Must install adjacent to the front main entrance at 6' above grade prior to the CO inspection. Knox box info may be obtained at Fire Prev. 4700 S Bragaw, 267-4900. C(3): WATERFLOW: Provide information on flow available. Show hydrant locations & distances from property and building. AWWU computer projections may be accepted for permitting. 2400 gpm required. C(4): FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: Provide fire extinguishers. C(5): GAS METER protection: Provide bollards: minimum 4" diameter by six feet (3' buried in a 15" diameter concrete footing; 3' above ground) and they must befilled with concrete. Min. 3 feet from meter and max. 4 feet apart. C(6): Membrane and Inner liner material shall be either non-combustible or flame-resistant to NFPA 701. Provide specifications for this material. Received Report 2/3/05 FEC Okay C(7): Fire Access: Where would a fire truck enter to get next to this building.? C(8): Asphalt floor: Is it the intent to seal to make non-absorbant?? NA C(9): EXIT HARDWARE: Open from inside w/one motion, no special knowledge or effort. No thumb turns or separate deadbolts. No keyed locks except front main entrance (if one door or a single pair). C(10): EMERGENCY LIGHTING is required as two exits are required. Emergency lighting shall extend to the exterior adjacent to the exit discharges.
