Advisory Information:
C(1): The proposed temporary building has been reviewed and it was found through the pot plans and the code study that the building was not in compliance withthe building code with respect to its location to the property lines. A 10 foot separation was intended, but that separation has been changed to 20 feet for which the exterior walls do not need to be fire rated nor the openings need to be protected. It has been noted on the plans that a roof type "C" must be constracted and suspended ceiling need to be braced for seismic. PLans and code study has been reviewed and approved.
