Article 110-16 requires that switchboards, panel boards, industrial control panels, and motor control centers that are likely to required examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized shall be field marked to warn qualified persons of potential electric Arc Flash Hazards. The marking shall be located so as to be clearly visible to qualified persons before examination, adjustment, servicing or maintenance. Please add marking on the plan. RESPONSE 4-21-04. MARKING IS ADDED TO THE PLAN. APPROVED. C(3): Sheet E-1.1 (Panel Schedule AIC).
