Review of this change order is based on the requirements of the 1997 Uniform Building Code and all adopted references thereto, as amended by MOA. The following comments must be addressed before these changes can be approved. C(2): Please provide engineering calcs. for design of the restraints. The sizes of the tanks aren't clear on the drawings and it isn't clear if straps are required for the 7500 gal. tank or what the net overturning forces are for the tanks.
