Advisory Information:
The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has retained the authority for stormwater treatment plan review and approval for DOT/PF funded projects. This project will be developed under their stormwater treatment requirements. The permit should not be issued until ADEC approval is obtained. If the Stormwater Treatment Plan for this project has been approved by ADEC, a copy of their letter needs to be provided.
