Please furnish the report (completed by Bratslavsky Consulting Engineers) as requested in the preview meeting. O.K. - REPORT FURNISHED . The calcs submitted assume a uniform distribution of load to relatively uniformly spaced shear walls and braced frames with 5% added accidental torsion. But there is nothing that addresses the building configuration between construction phases. The heavy concrete shear walls constructed in this phase are all east of the transverse centerline of the building and appear to make uniform distribution of load unlikely. Have you given consideration to the possible effect of seismic lateral loads at this point? Please comment O.K. THIS AND FOLLOWING ISSUES TO B EADDRESSED IN THE NEXT PHASE . In analyzing the existing slab for the new openings, you consider stiffness ratios but it isn't clear to me that the requirements of ACI 13.6.1.6 and 13.4.1, particularly for deflection, are met.
