The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 12-3-09. Provide structural and seismic calculations plus fastening details for BLR-1 to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis. RESOLVED 12-3-09. It appears there was a printing error on the engineers stamp. The printed name and PE number have some of the letters and digits replaced by a zero. As a result this cannot be considered a legal document.
