The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IEBC, IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations. Drawing A1.1, First Floor Reference Plan, and Drawing A2.1, Enlarged First Floor Plan,The Toilet Room 130 indicates some accessible features; however, does not totally comply with accessibility requirements per "Accessible and Useable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1) 2003. The Lavatory is located in the handicap bathroom W. C. clear space. The W.C. should be located with 60 inches of side clearance from the adjacent wall over to the Lavatory edge per ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 Fig. 604.3.
