Based on the current status, we can issue a Conditional Certificate of Occupancy (CCO) for the installation of furniture and fixtures on those floors while the project continues toward final completion.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The following conditions will apply:</span></p><ul type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal"><span>No storage of any kind is permitted in the corridors. This includes furniture awaiting installation, cardboard boxes, packing materials, trash, or any other stored items.</span></li><li class="MsoNormal"><span>All bedroom doors shall remain closed at all times during the furniture installation process.</span></li><li class="MsoNormal"><span>Once the parts arrive to repair the sprinkler bracing deficiency, a fire watch will be required anytime the sprinkler system is taken out of service to complete the repairs.</span></li><li class="MsoNormal"><span>If corridor storage is observed at any time, or if these conditions are not maintained, the CCO will be revoked.</span></li></ul><p class="isSelectedEnd"></p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p> |
