Comment: See corrections. CCO for FF&E until August 15, 2025. NOTES: #1. Refrigeration contractor needs to be added to the mechanical permit. This will become a correction on the next inspection. #2. Refrigeration piping and equipment will need to be tested and inspected. #3. The new RTU has a circuit board that is bad from the factory. Per the 2018 IMC 304.11, "Guards shall be provided where various components that require service and roof hatch openings are located within 10 feet of a roof edge or open side of a walking surface and such edge or open side is located more than 30" above the floor, roof, or grade below." Both the RTU, and the make up air require guards.

A deviation from the blue prints shall require a change order submitted to the MOA, approved and stamped by the plan reviewer. This stamped, approved, change order shall be on site at the time of inspection. The AC equipment for the "little sisters area" has been removed from the scope, therefore a change order is required.
