Comment: See corrections. CCO for FF&E until August 15, 2025. NOTES: #1. Refrigeration contractor needs to be added to the mechanical permit. This will become a correction on the next inspection. #2. Refrigeration piping and equipment will need to be tested and inspected. #3. The new RTU has a circuit board that is bad from the factory. Both the RTU, and the make up air require guards.

A deviation from the blue prints shall require a change order submitted to the MOA, approved and stamped by the plan reviewer. This stamped, approved, change order shall be on site at the time of inspection. The AC equipment for the "little sisters area" has been removed from the scope, therefore a change order is required.
