Comment: 1st layer of grease duct insulation, for the table connections to the grease duct, on the 12 middle tables and the 3 southern most tables on the east wall, Approved. OK for 2nd layer. Welded grease duct light test, for the connection of the tables to the grease duct, on the remaining 5 tables, Approved. OK for 1st layer. NOTE: Be sure to have the differed submittals on hand for the hanging/ support of the kitchen hood. I did see the MAU attachment on page S-1 of the drawings.
