Comment: Inspection to observe operation of (1) of (2) shunt trip disconnects required / agreed to as a condition for having (2) utility services on (1) multi-tenant building. Remote shunt trip for Little Caesar's function confirmed. Location on building exterior is approved based on south end utility service moving to building exterior as originally intended. New corrections specific to the Little Caesar's service shunt trip. Other corrections from inspection #734215 dated 9/30/2022 remain to be resolved.
