Comment: Inspected various guest rooms on floors 2 and 3 and some bathrooms attached to the guest rooms. Electrical rough in guest rooms consists of extension from concealed wiring to surface wiring of receptacles at TV and at bed headboard. Surface work is to be concealed by removable head boards and cork boards. Electrical rough approved as follows: *Rooms 204, 219, 227 - surface rough as above. *Rooms 226, 228, 229 - surface rough as above and bathroom walls and ceilings. *Rooms 331, 332, 333, 334 - surface rough as above and bathroom walls and ceilings. IMPORTANT NOTE: ATLAS ELECTRIC IS SHOWN AS THE PERMITTEE. IF TUCK ELECTRIC IS A NEW PERMITTEE, CORRECT THE INFO ON THE PERMIT.
