Based on documentation provided at this rough inspection, it appears that this ceiling is not designed to be accessible. wood slats have clamp type connection to t-bar grid that is not removable by means of fasteners or other reversible connection. Ceiling assembly shows can type lights being installed in ceiling to allow access to wiring connections for lights. Various locations boxes are installed above ceiling for connection for an alternate type of light to what is shown in the ceiling assembly installation instructions. Boxes and lighting enclosures are required to be accessible after installation of building finishes without removal or damage of building finishes. |
