The exterior gas flex on the roof needs to have a full six inches of deflection. #3 Be sure the test 'T' is 6 pipe diameters down stream of the regulator. #4. Please replace the copper Unistrut clamp with a galvanized one. #5. The flue, the clearances, as well at the above mentioned notes will be looked at, on the next inspection.
