Approval is based on the following: 1. Second service to (1) building approved by Special Permission / Alternate Means and Methods, signed by Building Official, Adam Trombley. 2. CEA has verbally agreed to energize 2nd service on (1) building and also, to accept Ericcson service equipment. 3. Special Permission / Alternate Means and Methods Requires a shunt trip at each service to provide a means to shut down the other service. 4. No accessible wiring from other units to run through the Little Caesar's TI space. 5. All NEC required placarding and placarding required by Special Permission / Alternate Means and Methods to be provided.
