Comment: (2) items from 4/28/2020 resolved; electrical engineer has provided Field Change Orders. Unlisted exhaust fan #1: Motor is a UL recognized component (but not listed). Flexible duct with controls is unlisted but claimed to be low voltage operated. VFD controlling motor and possibly supplying control power to flexible duct. It MAY be possible to approve this assembly of components without an actual NRTL listing or NRTL field evaluation if: 1. All voltage to the flexible duct is from a class 2 power source. 2. There is no line voltage powering anything other than the VFD and motor. Verify that the breaker supplying exhaust fan #1 has been changed to 15A per engineer's Field Change Order.
