The site lighting portion was done by NPC and given an electrical final on 10/18/2018. Work on the transit facility building may have been started by another contractor. Consolidated Contracting and Eng's permit is only for Change Order X19-1202. Drawings on site are not documented as for the change order. Electrical rough appears to conform to a set of DWGS by James Gwynn dated 3/15/2019. Electrical wall and ceiling rough approved based on this drawing.
