Comment:	F18-1170 This request is for CO inspections of all remaining open permits for 5th Ave Mall. We expect this to take at least two mornings. The request will go in for January 15, 16, 17 7 AM – 9 AM. We will need an elevator inspector to close out any remaining elevator items, and to witness test the elevator functionality on January 16th. These include Permit Numbers: F14-1276 F15-1012 F15-1361 F16-1298 F17-1104 F17-1183 F18-1170 Kathy Tranum will be attending. The mall requested that the ducts will be cleaned and need to have until 2/30/19 to perform test. (2) Install missing box hangers in the drop ceilings for devices. (3) Raise detectors in south corridor in VC06 and VC08. (4) Fire caulk penetrations for conduit out of fire panel room. Fire Prevention request to meet with Mcdonald Miller with the original smoke control plans to verify what will be tested. (5) Prevention will sign off on all elevator function based on an approved status from elevator inspectors report. Note: This does not include the mall's responsibility to have the balance of all suites upgraded to the new system.
