Comment: Plumbing final to include 1st floor guest room bathrooms, backflow preventer testing for the 3 RP's in the laundry room, 2 RP's in the 1st floor wet mechanical room, and the pool room RP all tested and tagged by BAT#1220. The 4th floor ice machine backflow preventer, and the condensate piping for the 2nd and 3rd floor mechanical rooms, Approved. NOTES: #1. The 2nd and 3rd floor ice machine backflow preventers are still in transit. #2. The kitchen needs backflow preventers for the coffee machine, espresso machine, and the ice machine. #3. We will need to see the caulking for the kitchen sinks as well. #4. See corrections for the pool.
