Fire pump room requires 1 hour fire barrier and individual protection of structural members for 1 hour (IBC 913.2.1 and 704). Owner and Architect to address these issues as well as any additional issues i.e. fire/smoke dampers, rated wall assemblies, etc. More items may be encountered as inspections progress. |
