Comment: Store does not open until 10am. Requesting to clear the conditional final and re-inspect for corrections. Roogtop AC unit disconnect was replaced with a NEMA3R 30A non-fused disconnect and labeled with engraved phenolic as requested. Breaker size changed to a 3pole 20A QO bolt on.New prints submitted for emergency lighting. Change order submitted and approved. Store lighting changed in unison. Source of power labeled inside panel. Key for main breaker room is up to GameStop and the Dimond center :)Requested by: Brandon 907-414-0908 ITEMS UNDER DIRECT CONTROL OF ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR HAVE BEEN RESOLVED. If 1-line drawings are different from actual installation, engineer needs to change drawing and submit change to MOA plan review for approval. Changed drawings with moa plan approval stamp must be on site and available to the inspector at the next site visit.

Labelling must be suitable forthe environment. (Existing fused disc. does not have working clearances, cannot determine fuse sizes. EGC not bonded to enclosure, 40A breaker supplies unit.)
