Comment: Progress inspection to keep permit active, work is still ongoing by owner. Per Owner Rep. Terence Chang: "follow-up inspection for the 4th Ave Theatre building. We have made successful repairs and improvements on the building systems (i.e. boiler and distribution lines) that were in urgent status but we will need to continue to address multiple issues that are rapidly failing. Most of the work is not applicable now due to weather / temperature and we will need to address them when the summer months yield a warmer and dryer workable condition."
